Booking Terms 

Upon booking in with a trip with us you agree to the below terms of booking. 

All booking are non refundable. although we will do our best to re sell places on trips we can not guarantee that we can refund your place should you need to pull out of a trip. 

We can not offer refunds should a weather event cause the trip to be cancelled. although rare if there are dangerous or extreme weather warnings then we are unable to run the trip both for safety and insurance reasons. However all booked places will be offered to take credit for another trip or the trip will be rescheduled. 

Should a trip be cancelled due to issues on our part a full refund will be offered. However this does not extend to things like fuel costs and hotel expenses. 

All vehicles attending any trip MUST be fully road legal, taxed, insured, MOT and be in a good working order. Breakdowns do happen on off road trips and that’s no issue however starting with a working car is a good start.
